I can't make my MySpace public!! Please help!?

Ok, I went to Account Settings, Privacy, and checked the box that says "Profile Viewable by: Everyone". I read on some other questions that there's this thing called Public Circle or something but I don't have it. The only options under Privacy I have are these:

Online Now:

Birthday:

Profile Viewable By:

Photos:

Block users by age:

and

Block Users:

That's it. I realized it was on private when some answers from another question told me, then I changed it to Profile Viewable by Everyone, and when I sign out, I type in the url and it says this user's profile is set to private, you must be a friend, etc...
