I think that people abuse myspace. So yes the Library has the right to do that. Maybe you don't abuse it but other people have and that ruins the priveledge for everyone else. Big brother is always watching.

Most libaries block it as any one at any age can get on to the public library. I think one MYSPACE will blog down the server cause of all the images and the music on top of safty issues... but you can get the block released. All I did was ask and they gave me a password so now I can go to any website. I think it is more so they have control of who is on these websites in case they need to track issues down also.

well yeahh i think theyy have the right.. because i am sensing pop ups coming faster on my computer when i was on myspace.. and once there was so many pop ups on my friend's computer that her dad wont let her go on myspace anymore and he blocked it.. i really think it isn't fair either but yeahh i think its right
