That would be internet options. Under the security tab/restricted websites.
However. Going through the regular windows. Almost anybody given that they have the know-how would be able to disable it because in most cases.. A password is not required.
What feature in the control panel, do I use to block any entrance to all websites like myspace, youtube etc..?
there is no way to securely disable your browser from going to myspace,youtube and whatever from control panel or even just from windows. you would have to go to www.we-blocker.com and download We-blocker, however they are having technical difficulties right now. but you could read about perental controls on http://www.radiance.m6.net/ . as long as the person you are trying to block from accessing these sites isn't computer smart.
