How do I get a Header banner on Myspace to click through to another website if it was created in CSS

CSS describes layout and look, you need something that can do behavior. My choice would be Javascript. Provide the div with an ID and then from javascript create the onclick() behavior for the div which will trigger the javascript to send it to another page.
