hey im thinking of doing a persuasion essay on myspace.. this is a college paper.. idk why that matters but im just throwing that in there.. anyways.. im doing it on how myspace is just technology being advanced and ppl need to stop blocking it or acting like it is the devil.. but im so bad at starting papers.. any ideas on how to start it

A persuasion essay is used to sway someones opinion. You need to prove that Myspace is not a bad thing. Show that it is used to communicate with long lost friends, keep in touch with family and share pictures with relatives and friends that you haven't seen in awhile (such as showing off your child to your family out of state). I would start off this paper with telling why you enjoy using Myspace. Try something like "The website Myspace gets a bad reputation for being a site that creates an environment for teenagers to get into trouble but Myspace is not all bad. It has many positivie aspects such as......" Then go into some of the benefits I listed above.
